Featuring a community of 19, three-story apartment complexes, The Scenic at River East provides a garden style environment, including a pool and recreation center available to the community. These upscale community apartments provide a luxurious living experience for residents.
This 276 unit project was developed by Criterion Development Partners and built by Stanford Construction.
Burgess Scope

Burgess’ drone program was utilized to conduct the necessary final roof inspections for this project.
