The 358,000 sq. ft. project is being built and developed by Alliance Residential Company.
Burgess Scope
Burgess is inspecting and providing quality assurance to Alliance Residential Company on this project in a number of areas:
below grade waterproofing
podium deck waterproofing
exterior wall waterproofing
balcony waterproofing
roofing assemblies
lath pre-cladding
We also kicked off the project with a waterproofing plan review and on-site mockup reviews. Altogether, Burgess is helping to maintain that architectural details and construction quality are in compliance with plans, industry building standards and local codes.
