The Project
The Union at River East is a 181 unit, 4-story multi-family wrap project with a beautiful Sky Lounge located on the fourth story that overlooks downtown Fort Worth. At the onset of the project, Burgess performed a full waterproofing plan review as well as a couple on-site mockup reviews to ensure the assemblies proposed were constructable and that all trades understood the expectations for construction.
This 322,000 sq. ft. project was developed by Criterion Development Partners and built by Stanford Construction.
Burgess Scope
