Requirements
The home must meet or exceed the latest Energy Star standards and be properly performance tested by an Energy Star certified testing firm.

Buyers will be able to live comfortably in their homes with the peace of mind in knowing that the energy usage of their homes is guaranteed for an industry leading three years.
Guarantee
The three year, whole home guarantee estimates energy usage and provides a maximum usage number, that if exceeded, Burgess will pay the difference.
Register Your Home
Congratulations on your new energy efficient home! You must register your home within 30 days of the close date of your home in order to take advantage of the ecoENERGY+ guarantee. By registering, you agree to all terms of the program. Please note, the guarantee is non-transferable.
